The bedrooms are furnished with shower, TV, Wi-Fi, WC and a balcony.

The reservation is valid after we send you a confirmation. To make a reservation we ask for a deposit payment. The information we can send you by e-mail.

Check In: not before 12.00am
Check Out: until 10.00am

If you check in later or you wish to make an anticipated check out we calculate the total price as agreed.

Please ask before you bring your dogs or cats.

Cancellation conditions:

There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

If you cancel up to 31 days before arrival, there are no additional cancellation costs.

If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before arrival, a fee of 40% of the total amount booked will be charged.

If you cancel between 14 and 8 days before arrival, a fee of 60% of the total amount booked will be charged.

If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, a fee of 80% of the total amount booked will be charged.

If you leave early, arrive late or do not show up, a cancellation fee of 80% of the days booked but not used will be charged.

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be retained in full by the accommodation provider.
